Information We Collect

• Account information: name, mobile number, password/OTP verification status.
• Biodata information: age, gender, marital status, height, education, occupation, family details, address/district, partner preferences, religious practice, and other matrimonial information provided by the user.
• Verification information: NID, photos, family/guardian contact, and other documents where required.
• Payment information: transaction ID, payment method, amount, membership package, date and status. Sensitive card or banking credentials are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by EasyMatch BD unless legally required or provided by the gateway as masked data.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, cookies, page visits, referral source, and website usage information.

How We Use Information

• Create, verify, manage, and display matrimonial biodata according to privacy settings.
• Provide search, interest, acceptance, messaging, video call, and family-connection services.
• Process payments, issue receipts, manage membership, and handle refunds where applicable.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate profiles, and security incidents.
• Communicate service updates, verification requests, support messages, and account notices.

Sharing and Disclosure

We share information step by step according to privacy level, user consent, service rules, and mutual interest. We do not sell personal biodata to third parties. Information may be shared with payment gateway, hosting, SMS/OTP, verification, legal, regulatory, or technical service providers only as needed for service delivery and compliance.

Payment Security

• Online payments should be processed through a secure and authorized payment gateway such as SSLCommerz or another approved provider.
• Card, mobile wallet, and banking credentials should be entered only on secure payment pages using HTTPS/SSL encryption.
• EasyMatch BD receives payment status, transaction reference, amount, and masked payment information only; full card credentials are not stored on our website.
• Users should not share OTP, card PIN, mobile banking PIN, or sensitive credentials with EasyMatch BD staff or any third party.
• Suspected unauthorized payment should be reported immediately to the issuing bank/payment provider and EasyMatch BD support.

Progressive disclosure

We do not show photos or contact details in public browse. Members reveal more biodata step by step as both sides agree to move forward together.

Privacy levels

Connections progress through four stages — from public discovery (level 0) to serious marriage consideration (level 3). Each stage unlocks additional fields according to platform rules and mutual consent.

Photos & contact

Profile photos and sensitive contact information are never shown publicly. They become available only after mutual interest and appropriate privacy progression.
